Lump on chickens cheek

I received the Terramycin and have been using it twice a day since Monday night. The lump has slowly returned since it was drained last (feb22). Is it too early to see improvements with the meds? Also not sure exactly how effective I am with getting it in her eye. I apply it to corners of eye with cotton swab but it’s thick so can’t really tell how much goes in the eye. A few days ago her eye was very watery (no bubbles) so I was hoping that was the fluid starting to come out but no progress since then.

I think you are dealing with a chronic respiratory sinus disease MG. If you can try to get Denagard(tiamulin) or Tylosin antibiotic powder for the water it might help. But chronic respiratory diseases can be life long, and symptoms may disappear or come back during periods of stress. If you have a regular vet for your pets or livestock, they might help you obtain antibiotics. Here is some reading about MG:

How is she doing?

I ended up trying a virtual vet app, the vet prescribed tetracycline powder and tobradex eye drops. She has two days left of the 14 day treatment and the lump pretty much has gone away!! It stil looks like it’s there a bit but feels completely empty probably just some loose skin. Attached photo is before and after
