Lump on eye and Lump between toes??? Can Anyone Help?

]I have two hens both the same breed.. not sure what kind. One developed a swollen eye about 4 months ago. I have tried antibiotic ointment and orally for her but no change. Maybe I did not do it long enough? Now the other hen of the same breed has developed lumps between the toes of one foot. All of my other hens (23) are not sick.
What is wrong and what should I do. Any help is appreciated! I will try to post pictures
