Lump on hens abdomen area

[Two toes]

My 5 year old hen has a small, semi hard lump where the top of her thigh reaches the abdomen. She laid an egg yesterday and the day before that. She is bright and alert, her appetite however has decreased a bit. The lump is 1.5 cm wide and it sinks when you press down on it, when you push it down, it makes a faint sound that kind of sounds like compressed air being released. Sometimes I hear gurgling from her abdomen area when she us walking around, she also has runny poos. Can someone tell me what is going on?

oh my lord that sounds awful and I haven't got a clue. Have you tried to massage it?

I have tried to massage it, but it won't go away, she doesn't flinch when I touch it.

I'm not at all a medical expert but if I saw this on my dog I'd wonder if it was a cancer spot

has there been a change in her diet? and Is her crop feeling normal?

Her diet has never been changed her whole life, her crop feels normsl

The lump is in the abdomen area between her legs, the lump is only on the left side of her abdomen. Also, when she drinks a loud gurgling sound can be heard
