lump on hen's chest

Not sure if this is a normal body part but its the first thing I notice. She has a lump on her chest and she sorta waddles she walks funny her head is tucked into her chest but she will pull it out when she needs to, she has no diareah, eats and drinks fine, but I don't see her in the nesting box to often which is weird...her name is speckles she is super sweet and laid back

Could her crop be impacted or too full?

OK so newbie here! Where is her crop?(I don't know chicken anatomy that good) impacted? Does that mean she ate to much? Here stomach seems skinny you can feel that bone, (but I've seen her eat she eats her fill)

If you google chicken anatomy you'll get some good pictures, but the crop is where the food goes. It's in the chest area below the neck. If it gets impacted, it can sour etc and can be fatal. Things like hay or whole kernel corn can make it impacted.

She doesn't get kernels and the hay is only for the goats she might get out but I don't give it to her directly.
She's been like this for months now, she does everything else as the other chickens too,
