Lump on my baby chicken neck on the right side

Hi I'm very new to hatching chickens and I have posted about her she is starting to get up a little bit but not much then I just noticed this big yellow lump on the side of her neck can anyone else let me know what this is thank you so much she squeeks very loud sometimes when she hers the other chicken that hatched she's so true to walk she does get on her feet for a little bit but then goes right back down again thank you so much for your help

Looks like a full crop. Sometimes the crop extends towards the wing like you're seeing.
