Lump on neck

One I my 8 wo chicks has developed a marbled sized lump on her neck, seemingly over night. She is sitting very quietly with her mother who is back sitting on eggs. Any thoughts what might be wrong?

Could you post shot? Does lump move under skin, is it soft, hard, squishy? Really need a bit more info. Could be anything from a bug bite to an air sac gone bad.

If it's a bit hard it could be the reaction to a bug bite. Pictures would help a lot...
