Lump on one side of chest

Ok so it's hard to see because she kept moving when I was taking the pic but over side of what appears to be her crop is swollen and hard. It's on her right chest area only.... Any idea what to do?

Seems okay. She was still swollen last night so someone said to try giving her a little oil and water with a syringe, massage the crop a little and then offer her grit. Seemed to do the trick. I also added a little ACV in their water. she woke up with a smaller crop.
