Lump on toe

Hi, Just taken delivery of some new chickens and one of the hens has a lump on her toe and no claw on that toe. Is there anything to worry about here?

Thank you. Whats the potential issue with the white head please?


White head is a crust inside his lump that's Bumblefoot crust u have to pull if u see after cleaning and soaking .

And if there's no crust u have to leave applying some antiseptic oil of tea tree all over his toe and wrap it around then wait for the result
 
The toe appears to be broken offwith the nail. Is that part of the toe still connected to it with a piece of skin? You can snip that off so it doesn’t get caught on anything. I would apply some iodine or antiseptic to the toe.

The footpad may have bumblefoot, usually a staph infection. You can soak the foot in Epsom salts or soapy water with iodine. The solid cheesy pus plug inside can be squeezed out by doing bumblefoot surgery. Here is a good link about bumblefoot and a video of surgery:
