Lump on young chicks eye

I've been raising some chicks for the first time and has been going well until one of them developed a wierd lump on its eye, I think it might have been attacked and if so is there any advice on how I can help heal it so it doesn't get infected? Thanks!

Fowl pox.

This will run it's coarse over about 3 weeks. It's a virus transmitted by mosquitoe bites. The birds will be immune for life afterwards.
