A little on the crazy side.
Little Nemo seems to be getting lots of eye problems...

At first he had chicken conjunctivitis, which was cured with human eye drops....

Now he has something similar,

Infected Eye:

Its the same eye that got infected with chicken conjunctives earlier, now its watery...swollen, and has a bumb under the eye, i thought it may of been chicken pox at first, but then again maybe not...

The non infected eye:

Never have i ever had this on any of my birds...so im stuck.

Thoughts?

It could be a respiratory sinus infection such as mycoplasma (MG) , a chronic disease that may come back again. Most feed stores have removed oral antibiotics from their shelves, but you still can purchase injectable Tylan 50 for respiratory diseases. If Nemo is a silkie, give him 1/4 ml orally twice a day for 5 days. Also give him a teaspoonful of plain yogurt into his food every day for probiotics. Since he has probably been with the other chicks, they may be exposed already, so probably not necessary to separate him.

It sure does look like a simple sinus infection. It's not necessarily chronic and contagious. An antibiotic eye drop will help. Place the drops directly in the eye. If you can get hold of steroid eye drops, they would be a good addition and will help clear it up quickly.

I encourage folks to ask around of elderly friends and relatives for discarded cataract surgery eye drops. They work splendidly on chickens as well as people.

Conjunctivitis, swollen sinus, coming back after having once is most likely mycoplasma, but without testing, can't be confirmed. Tylan is very good for treating MG. Terramycin eye ointment may also help, in the eye twice a dya.
