Lump under vent of my Pullet , help!

I have. 3 week old pullet that has a swollen lump under her vent. I have cleaned her vent and the lump is just getting bigger. She cannot poop, no matter how hard she tries. I am worried for her what do I do? She is still eating and drinking ...
