Lumps on Head and Wattle

My hen has lumps on her head and wattle under the skin. The lump is hard and moveable. She was treated for mites 7 days ago (the entire flock) and does eat and drink but is thin. I separated her. Not sure how to treat. I removed her peepers when I gave her the mite treatment and thought she was doing better.

You removed the peepers 7 days ago when you treated for mites, what does she look like now? I assume the photo is at least 7 days old and the lumps are likely from a mite infestation.

What did you use to treat the mites? Any repeat dosing or treatment?
Mites gone or still there?

I'd start giving her poultry vitamins to give a boost, Mites can take a lot out of a bird or even kill them. See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced feed and eating well.
