Lung injury treatment

Had a chicken get attacked, has some deep wounds on her back, right where their lungs are. Her breath sounds wet. I think she has a pneumo. I sealed off the wound with a plastic dressing and wrapped it in gauze (after cleaning it well). I'm hoping to leave it alone for a few days and hope it resolves. Any other advice? Is there a chance she'll make it?

Just found her perched on the side of the box she was in, that seems like a good sign. She pooped as well, appears normal
