You do now realise you're on a slippery slope to incubators, obsessive poop studying and research?! If so, then yay!! We got another one!!!
All 31 chicks survived the night. I was in the coop 4 times checking the brooder....because I am nuts. They appears to like the temperature. My youngest was so excited to see them when we opened the door in the morning! They are all getting teeny feathers on their wings. He said, "Mom, they GREW". Lol
Update: we still have 31 healthy chicks. They are really starting to feather out on their wings! I just fed and watered them and changed their shavings. They were a bit nervous about that.
Yay glad you joined. Of course I'm sure as you ran through the site you were hearing, "One of us....one of us..." Yeah were all crazy here it just helps us deal with reality.
