You won't notice any difference between fertile eggs, and none fertile.
They are both just as tasty, and definitely nothing to worry about.
However, with that amount of hens, you would most likely only want one rooster.

I've marked the two most obvious cockerels in blue.
Its possible one of the others is (I'm thinking about the all white one), but I'm not the best at these breeds

Unfortunately those prefab cage people aren't honest about the number of birds it will really hold.
