Just got back from the New England Bantam swap in Lancaster, MA....more ducks and geese than chickens!!! I was looking for 2 young bantams to add to my 2 week old standard girls....no luck!

After returning home to NH from Lancaster, I decided to hit the Topsfield Fair.... Some really handsome/pretty chickens, I was hoping there would be someone who could answer question as to who has what type of chicks..."NOW" but no answers... Next trip will be the Deerfield, NH fairgrounds on 10/14....still obsessed! Now how does everyone get those cute smilie chickens on their messages?
These are my girls, they are in all likelyhood 2 weeks old tomorrow...oh and my son!

I'm no expert..but I think Rhode Island Reds, and Barred Rocks.
DS is cute too...look at those cheeks.

OHH, I meant what type of chicks are available now! Mine are 2 RIR, 2 silver wyandotte and 1 gold wyandotte...sexed female, but a couple are looking like roos!!!

As for ds, he adores the "girls!"
