Madder than a wet hen

My Ethel ( BB Red hen) has a way of looking mad even if it isn't raining outside. She is a super setter but once the eggs hatch it is difficult to take the little ones from her! She puffs up her feathers as big as they will go and charges! She doesn't let anyone, even her roo, near her babies!
