Poor Holly, she really needs a short break so those darn feathers can grow back on her neck! She is an excellent layer, but I have found that the ones who keep laying, no matter what, really extend their molt.

That's a great story about Maddie - and a great pic!!! She doesn't look a bit out of sorts --just hanging out with the bigs .. the Tom actually looks perplexed to me --

Might be his permanent look - I don't know - but I would swear he is checking out Maddie and wondering what to do!
