I bought a few Aussie things this year. Although if you want me to do Made in USA I could do that too.

They're importing all the cheapest things from America at places like the Reject Shop, must be the dollar.

I suppose I should have said.....if your an American......then PLEASE buy American!

In the advertising, they made sure to say the stuff was from the US. I guess lots of people don't trust Chinese products anymore.

Most of the Chinese stuff they sell here is just cheap junk. But I would love to know what they are selling in your country that is made in the US as it is so hard to find things here that are!​

My Christmas present is an Englisn Angora bunny and 2 Harlequin buns born and raised in USA. I'm buying the round Christmas balls made out of chicken wire and Christmas lights, not sure how USA made that is.

This is weird b/c my family members were passing around one of those political mass emails about buying USA made stuff, and the people sending them are the biggest Dollar Store fans I know! I commented, "So are you quitting the Dollar Store?" Lets just say they were not too happy about my question. BTW I still shop at the Dollar store, I don't buy any foreign food from there. I try hard to buy USA made stuff but I also am not going to lie and say I don't fall for the cheap crap every once and awhile.

I believe many people are starting to see a reason to buy products made in the USA. Personally I have been doing this for a while. I drive people nuts when we go to a store because I won't buy it if it is made in china but that is not to say I do not buy products made in other countries at all.

I try to get local stuff for all my presents. My out of state relatives LOVE Michigan maple syrup. I also give out Michigan wine and Pinconning cheese. Some friends of ours own a chocolate shop and I get a lot of things there (they also have dried soup kits, jams, honey in addition to homemade candies.)

Those "Kristen's Candles" made of soy are made in the county I live in, so I buy a lot of those for presents too.
