MADE IN THE USA- challenge..

Since there were issues with Apple Juice - I always look to see where my stuff comes from. Its amazing how much apple juice comes from other countries (mostly China) do we not grow apples here???
I buy Juicy Juice, the only one I can find NOT from china.

well if anyone recalls, the united states and china made that one pact thingy back in the 50's or 60's.. we're partners for life... and considering the wealth and the booming economy in china, it wont be long before WE will be selling things to THEM

tree top is a washington state product... though the irony of that, most of the produce washington state makes goes overseas to japan and other countries!

Not to burst your bubble on the labeling- but the Year Without China book also tells the tale of products that are made over seas but the box said "made in the USA" because it was the box that was made in the US.

As a Canadian, I check labels. I will pay more to buy something that is not Made in China. The real problem is that is not always an option, when I go to Walmart and check the products with North American sounding company names, well they were not manufactured here and I have an ABC purchasing policy, Anywhere But China.

Last AMERICAN purchase - acorn squash, yup, acorn squash! At the market today and that was the only squash from HERE! Butternut from Mexico, Spaghetti Squash from Brazil. UGH! (I do like Butternut better though)

I love Floridas natural O juice. it is from Lake Wales FL. I used to smell the plant from a few miles away.
