Maerks Vaccine Problem

Hello,

Been awhile since I've posted. I recently ordered Maerk's vaccine for chicks. It was delivered a day later than expected and my mail was being held because I was out of town. It came today and was completely room temp. Should I throw it out or go ahead and take my chances and administer it. I'm already late as the chicks have been exposed to older chickens which I believe are Maerks carriers.

It would be best to contact the manufacturer of the vaccine with any questions/concerns that you have.

If I understand correctly Marek's vaccine needs to be kept cool (35° and 45°F) until ready to use.

Great advice! I gave Zoetis a call. They said it has not been tested above 45 degrees for effectiveness. However, she indicated it could still potentially be effective even though it has not been scientifically proven.
