Your vet may have some Nolvasan that when diluted works well.

Peroxide irritates tissue, so it's best to use something else. Saline, surgical scrub diluted with warm water, a weak permethrin solution maybe. Your vet may have some Nolvasan that when diluted works well. Betadine is too harsh.
Any remaining maggots will continue to eat her alive, so be sure they are all gone, and no more are hatching. Keep her indoors away from any flies for now.

OK. I'll not use the peroxide again but one application and the maggots fell from her after just one minute!

Yes they did, great, but don't use it again in there. Both Betadine and Peroxide irritate her tissue, so something else will be better now. Neither is good used repeatedly.
Is she still eating?

I use it for flushing all types of wounds except wounds near the eyes and ears, and I have used it to clean flystrike wounds too.

Yes she's eating but so little. I gave her mill worms, feed and a little scratch. She's had pediolite but only from a dropper...Do you know if I can give her anything for pain? Someone mentioned 1/4 of a junior aspirin twice a day...

May I suggest that you start weighing her daily on a food or postal scale and watch for weight loss?
