I have used the Magicfly 12 egg with turner 3 times so far and have had amazing success with my Serama eggs, suddenly when I turned it on to get it prepped for another batch it could not reach temp.. cannot get it over 89 F. Computer is slow to respond if at all and I cannot get it to adjust temp, should I just buy and replacement heating element and computer or is there a quick fix possibility I am unaware of?

Computer being slow to respond makes me wonder if the power supply inside the unit has partially failed. When you click set and try to move the set point does it behave normally in terms of response? (not how fast it heats, but how fast the display changes etc)

Is the display dimmer than usual?

From what you're saying it doesn't sound like a heating element but I may be misreading.

Well it is set to heat to 37.5 c but unless I insulate on the outside it will not get to maybe 32 c and then when insulated I can get it up to temp. The lights are not dimmed but I have to really mash on the buttons to get it to the manual adjustments.. at that point I can scroll through but it will not let me change anything. It will sit at 32 or 33 C for 24 or more hours and make no progress if left alone. I was able to get it adjusted to temp to -1.8 but it made no progress. I think you are right about the power supply

I just purchased one of these... how do I know if it is rotating the eggs? I have 4 of my favorite eggs in right now cause my broodys were fighting over the nests and broke some eggs :barnie
First time using an incubator...

I labeled my eggs A-H and checked them over the course of a day. I’m pretty sure mine is not turning them especially after candling them yesterday. I’m very disappointed because I don’t think many of them are going to survive.
