Nope, it's the peas, not the Vetericyn.

So glad to hear that she's doing better!

Well darn, the peas are a lot cheaper.

Whatever it was - she is doing great and will continue to get lots of peas. She came out this morning with the other ducks and has been having a great time playing like a little kid.

Great news. Forgot to ask did you trim the feathers around the wound to keep them from being stuck inside when it heals? I would never be without Vetericyn now.

Yes - we did trim the feathers from around the wound. Forgot to add that the trap yielded a possum. Not sure if the possum was the actual culprit, if so, I didn't know they were that vicious. Whatever got the drake only ate the crop area which I have heard is indicative of a coon.

Sounds more like a coon. but I am not surre if a possum would kill an adult duck, probably, once my dogs in their fenced in yard found a possum walking along the other side of the fence, it had to have been a male it was large. Now that animal was hissing and baring it's teeth, I don't know if it could have defended it self against 2 large dogs but it sure had me convinced it might have. I am glad my dogs were on the other side. So thankful to hear your girls is doing so good. Keep up the great work!
