Chickchick, the readout on the digital would have been the temperature. Sounds like it was only hours, not days (unless your house is like 81 degrees) You should be ok, but they might hatch a little late. Good luck and sending lots of hatching vibes your way!

Wow I missed a lot while I was at work! My fertility has been really good. I quit candling the current batch after I didn't find a single clear or blood ring after going through about a dozen of them in there. I share Kathy's "hands off" the incubator approach! They all looked good. I have some "B" pen big blue eggs that develop fine for me here, but are more porous and don't seem to survive the roadtrip with USPS well, so if you guys have to throw any out, it may be them. Both lavs in "B" have gone broody and I put them in a cage to bust them up, so hopefully dsqard will get some lavs to hatch and not just splits.
