How on earth do you keep their fur from getting matted? I have a fuzzy hair dog and she always has mattes and stuff.. do you brush them hourly or something?
 
Actually with the shedding I guess they demat themselves. LOL

J/K They really aren't that bad.

It just started getting cold and we have more storms coming I guess, so I now have 2 cages in my kitchen. Lovely.

Maybe I should take pics of the does. One of them plucked most of her mane and frill with her last litter.

We picked up some American Chinchilla's and NZW's and just got them set up out in the barn in hanging cages this afternoon!
