well we have our first little chickie and it only took 15hr to hatch

ok he or she was hatched from a brown egg i have RIR, BR, BSL, RSL, Aurthlourp and the only roo i have is a RIR which hen could this chickie come from it looks solid black with a little yellowish / white feathers under its neck and on tips of wings

countrygirl911 - maybe an Australorp? They are usually mostly black with some yellow. Cute baby!

well the lady who was going to take the chicks that i hatch out for easter has backed down now i need to findsomeone to take them or lower my numbers so i can keep them man i was so looking forward to this hatch to i am still going to try to hatch will let you know later once it gets closer to time
