I just have to say. . . I am SO excited, looks like almost all my girls understand that Easter is getting near. . .

I've got Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Marans eggs ready now for the Easter hatch!!

- Had a hen begin laying yesterday, I was really not expecting it. Hopefully the rest of the girls will begin within a week.

Turning them is part of my daily routine, and I just never think to candle them except during the day & the room is way too light for that. By night, I forget

NYD Hatch - I forgot to lock them down - until I picked one up to turn it & saw a pip
