Thought I was already to set tomorrow--decided to vacuum the closet where the bator and the inside brooders are -- It was getting very dusty. All was going well until I got the shelf over the bator, has my riding helmet and ball caps on it, i was cleaning them when the one of the ball cap jumped off the shelf and took down the horse dental float (24 inches long and HEAVY) that was under/ hooked to it on the the bator viewing window and smashed it. Luckily the eggs were not harmed. Spent the last hour moving eggs to the hatcher and picking off the broken glass from the cooler lid. Fortunately, I had just changed out the hatcher styrofoam cooler with a bigger one and still had the top with the glass in. Carefully removed it and glued it on with the contents of two crumpled tubes, just enough until it popped up on one side. Found a spot I hope the kitties won't be too interested in and put a towel on it and my cordless drll case on top to hold it in place. I'm thankful I had all the pieces to fix it here since it was almost 10 pm. I hope it does smell to bad by tomorrow.

Ok the quail are easy just double stack them in the rails. The rest just don't use rails and stager them. You could fit 34 in one bator and then the others in your second bator. Tomorrow i will help you set them up!

Thanks so much. The quail are supposed to be here Monday. Set Tuesday according to the great chart posted on here. Start arranging at what, like 5 am to be ready for noon?
