I took 4 hours of leave today for mental health reasons. Figured I'd get the laundry and vacuuming done, do some chicken chores, etc... but here I am on BYC.
 
We had a bad storm last night. Straight line winds, talk of tornadoes. I have chicken pens torn up everywhere. One is in the back of my house. But we have had no power for almost 12 hours so I am worried about my little eggs.

Thanks guys....a generator is something we keep talking about.
I have three bators and one is a cabinet. I keep them in their own room. :) I only opened the door to the room last night to make sure I still had a roof.
I bet I don't win earliest chick hatched.
