Are you selling all of your turkens even the roo or just the NYD ones??

No just the NYD ones. I'll still have my roo (although I think I'm going to eat him he's starting to really irritate me) and his hens. I might swap him out for the brahma turken roo who is starting to look smokin' hot.

Of the NYD ones, I wanted to keep the black turken (it had a beard!) and the white leghorn mix one and try to get white egg laying turkens since I now have a baby white leghorn roo but I honestly just don't have the room. I'm going to be hatching out more colored egg layers and I need the room for those. I also can't fathom getting rid of most of my adults, since they were my original chickens and I'm highly attached to them (even "Jerk").

Edited to remove most of the "reallys" ... really?

Everyone can duckle at the same time.

Doot doot doo,
Do the Duckle!

These were supposed to be black mottled d'uccles, but they are looking suspiciously chipmunky.

What's been going on in here all day.

Buttered butts?

Duckles?

Hens laying in goat feeders?

Chicken women gone wild???

I have 2 EE hatched and nuttin even pipped with my FBCMs and I'm stressing. Maybe they're late bloomers, but next time I'm stealing the sanding idea. Even if they are from myt own birds. The shells are just so thick!

I have too many predator problems. I have one bantem that likes to lay eggs in the coop wall but I think I broke her of that habit. Other than that they are all penned in and don't have many odd places to lay, except one laid in the top of the feeder once. I saw her jump off and low and behold I see an egg in the grain lol... not so good for egg eaters

I will probably have to pass on this contest unless something unexpected happens.
