Hope yall are doin well! Finally got caught up on the last 20 pages or so, phew!!!

Im a bit nervous, next week is I'm setting up a bator in my sons classroom so they can do a hatch and see how it all happens. Bringing in my Brinsea and turner for them Monday so it'll stabilize by Wednesday when we'll be setting some eggs. I hope the hatch goes well so the kids will enjoy and learn from it!!!

It just feels so wrong to be enjoying a yummy homemade egg, cheese and chive omelet while staring at the eggs in the incubator.

But man was it good!! My chives popped out of the ground last week and they just tempted me to cook with them.
