And get this...Express mail is automatically insured for $100, BUT the USPS won't "guarantee" delivery time/date on live animals, even though it's marked "guaranteed" by a certain day/time. The insurance only pays out on live animals if the box is very damaged and they are killed or injured. If they lose them somewhere and they die of dehydration, too bad, so sad. You'd think they WOULD insure live animals if anything!
