I hear peeping, too, but that's coming from the box of chicks that arrived this morning. Of all the delivery weeks available this spring, THIS is the week they get sent.
Nothing much happening in the bator yet, but I set several hours late that Saturday.
In lockdown:
21 Iowa Blues (woot!)
11 Ameraucanas B/S (split fuzzy)
18 Marans B/B/S/Cuckoo - darkest eggs
6 Marans - not as dark eggs
9 EEs (OE F1s)
In the brooder, arrived today:
10 Iowa Blues
3 Black Wyandottes (substituted for the ordered blue laced reds)
2 Silver Laced Wyandottes
2 Silver Pencilled Wyandottes
2 Sicilian Buttercups
2 White LaFleche
3 Black LaFleche
3 White Spanish Whitefaced
(Photos to come! But first, updating the stinkeye thread. ENTRIES CLOSE 8AM TOMORROW! Prize - the brand new, hard covered 2010 APA Standards - straight from APA.)
