This is what she was doing earlier. Her name is Floozy, because she .... well, you know....
We had to put netting over her pen to keep her in.

So, 3 people hatched 100%!!! How do we determine the winner?
do I remember something about there supposed to be at least 20 eggs or something?

I guess I want to look up the rules now because its looks like I am in 4th place behind all the 100%ers

Let's see. . . Started with 31 eggs, culled down to 15 at lockdown, hatched out 12. I got an 80% HATCH rate, and a 38% overall rate of hatch AND fertility.

(If you don't see that number in Post #1, you are not eligible) When the hatch is over, you'll take a pic and post it to show us how many you actually got... it would be nice if we could count them.

In the event of a tie, the one who hatches the most chicks wins.

So all we lack now is a pic of marathonmultiplesmom's 35 chicks. currently the leader for Best Hatch Rate.
You know, the part where it says "it would be nice if we could count them". ... right there in the rules......


Also....

We'd love everyone to report the number of chicks hatched for the other contest.

So far only 61 of 170 listed participants have reported in.
