Well crud... my girls seemed to take a mid day siesta before finishing laying
I've got a few more eggs to add to my batch... can those be eligible for my total # or how would I edit the numbers I punched in to the spreadsheet earlier?
Just in time we've finally hashed out all the contests and prizes. Hope you find something below that tickles your fancy.
If you're running a contest and need to clarify your contest or have me add/remove/edit something about it... PM me! Thanks.

Ok, I have 9 under my Black Australorp Broody (first time with a broody and WAY excited). She is sitting on 9 black australorp eggs. I don't know if 9 is too many for her. We'll find out.
I have 30 (24 buff orpington + 6 barred rock stacked) in my incubator. When my other incubator hatches out I will separate into 2 bators.

I love all of the broody pics on this thread. These chickens are the cutest, fluffiest, fiercest little mamas! Maybe this time next year I'll have one.
Keep all the 'bater, broody, and bizarre pictures coming! (I needed another "b" word... forgive me - I'm writing a paper and reading this thread on my breaks. Brain cells are in short supply.
