40 out of 96 isn't a complete disaster, I've done much worse and was actually happy that I got some chicks out of the hatch. I only had 30 left out of the 84 I set for this hatch; pretty happy so far.

I bet you have something when you get home. You are lucky to not have to sit and stare all day like I have been.

You know a watched pot never boils type of thing. I am seeing crosseyed and nothing has even hatched yet!
