Its me! Its totally me. My dog just snapped at me. ***???? I was putting the kids to sleep and I heard all the dishes on the table crash to the floor as I was going to clean up after they slept. I ran out and told her to go outside and she wouldn't so I reached to grab her scruff and throw her out and she snapped at me! I'm soooo upset. Then my daughter was so upset that the dog was outside and she said I'd better be careful because Hurley might try to kill me tomorrow. What is going on? I want my husband home soooo bad. And I'm going to lose it with the dog because she is whining outside and scratching the door. She's never stayed outside for more than 10 minutes alone....in her whole 4 years.

I want to cry.

Quote: Try "horses for sale and your state name" . WIll give you a few options. TRy to select a regional horse site. And look for the free ads that you can place.

Then we could go hit up my family to cook for us! Nah, they'd see me coming and run.
Quote: Deep breathe. Use this as a learning experience. Don't throw out anything unless it stinks or is weeping. Candling took me a few incubations to be sure what I was looking at. Comparing to the photos in other BYC threads was very helpful. Mostly I couldn't see as much as I wanted to make me feel comfortable with a judgement. So I kept them all til the very end.

The horse situation is really sad, especially in Oklahoma. People are actually dumping them around here. A whole group of them were dumped out and an ad was put in the paper asking if anyone knew who they might belong to. A friend of mine took in two donkeys that were dumped out close to her house. The drought last year was awful. No one has any hay to feed their livestock. My stepmom sold all of her cows because she couldnt afford to feed them and she has over a dozen horses and can't even give them away. She sold the cows and bought enough hay to get the horses through the winter and luckily we have 200 acres they graze on so they look good but alot of the animals around here are looking very poor indeed. :(

My DW found out I had a bunch of eggs in the bator and didn't flip out! Yay for me!! lol

Yay!

Ok... I am needing to post my eggs for the contests and whatnot. So, here's my picture! But how do I change my entry form to 14 instead of 12? Arielle was nice enough to send extras, but I can't figure out how to change the form... :(

I have thousands of Legos and I never even thought of anything like this. I need to play with my toys more often.

Well...I have an unpleasant experience to share.

In the last month since she finished her molt, my polish hen developed a nasty case of mites in her crest, and I brought her in to put some Ivermectin on her. I already had her in my hands, right?

Wrong. Always treat the chicken outside.

I dumped her drops of Ivermectin in her crest as I parted it to get to skin, and then let go to put the lid on while she placidly sat in my lap (she's one of the calmest, cuddliest chickens I have, and that's saying a lot, because mine are all teddy bears).

Then she shook.

I was covered in mites. They had begun running for the hills already and when she shook they went flying all over me...and my mudroom, I imagine.

I pitched her out the back door and ran for the shower.

Even the experienced ones make rookie mistakes sometimes...

ok
i will list what i set but will have to get a picture later.i can't find my camera for over a week now.
