An ecoglow. a GREAT invention that heats up the chicks without a heat lamp. No risk of fire!

it does not burn the chicks when they touch it how many can fit unter it that is something i mught be interested in besides the heat lamp i use

DH has been known to cuddle and hold a one -and- only until a buddy is available!! I think he does it for the quiet!

How many chicks can fit under? I love it.

The ecoglow 50 supposedly will do for 50 chicks, although I haven't tried that many. the smaller 20 is for 20 chicks. I've had up to 18 using that one. I have both and love them. No heat lamp needed and no it won't burn the chicks. You can put your hand right on it.

LOL..I didn't know you still had him! He's gotten bigger, and more beautiful..and more..ummm...and more...ummm.. well aggressive? Bossy? Maybe friendly? A little mixed up? Anyway, that guy is Huge!

I couldn't get rid of Mr. Cogburn. He is a great roo. Nope not aggressive. She was quite content to be there. He was just obliging her

I think I have made a boo boo. Was I supposed to take pictures of my babies? I have already sold two of them, no pictures!
I only had 6 hatch. 5 Araucanas, and 1 Wheaten. They hatched yesterday.
Had folks coming and buying up my Silkies I hatched, they wanted to see the Aruacanas, and I sold two, without thinking about pictures!

"Do not have good photography skills"? You are out of your mind. That's brilliant. Those chicks look like they are in a studio, not a mucky-peering-through-a-window-at-a-reflection-of-my-own-nose incubator.

Only my EO's have pipped and hatched. I'd been told that they usually come out day 20. My others have done nothing.
