Good morning all you crazy hatchers! I didn't think I would have so many posts to catch up on this morning since I was checking off and on all day yesterday. You all are a chatty bunch!

Three to four more weeks till DH is home from Yuma. He actually wanted me to send him the pic of the turkey egg. I think he likes them

I just started collecting chicken eggs yesterday since the girls have been way up on production and I am getting a dozen Konza eggs from Renee. I can only fit 24 (+/- depending on stacking) in my bator so I don't need too many of mine. I do have to see about getting another bator for the turkey eggs. I will have to see what is around.

I appreciate the large font in the morning, Mahroni (all day, really). And I also dropped off of FB, but quite a while ago. But I do love the smell of citrus blooming. We have a lemon plant right here in the house, which gets lemons the size of grapefruit on it!

See I am the opposite of you buckabucka. I like the time change because I don't do my chores until after I get home from work. The only thing I do in the morning is toss hay out for the horses, let them out for the day and make sure the chickens have water (months of freezing temps mean putting warm water out every morning, come on spring!) This time of year, I know I will have light to get the heavy duty chores done when I get home.

We are doing this as a business/hobby and man am I excited....I already have more orders for eggs from people and am sending out enough "hatching eggs" that I won't let the family eat them...well once they rotate off the turner then they can be eaten as they are older than five days or so depending on how many I get from the girls..(that number is steadily going up,YAY!) unless I get another turner!!! hahaha...Which I could do now If I wanted to....(the turner is where I store hatching eggs)
A SPORTSman, SportsMAN, SPPPORRRTTTTSmannnnn, yup anway you say it, It make me HAPPY! I got it for a steal! and AND it is plugged in and hasnt deviated so much as a hair...this thing ROCKS I am setting 96 eggs for the Easter hatch and that is just ONE level!!! I am doing the happy dance all over my house!!
