Mahonri's 3rd Annual, BYC Easter Hatch-a-long!

Anyone else getting antsy to put your eggs in the bators?

Dang now they are all here, I just have to keep telling myself. "They're settling.... tomorrow will come"

I received the rest of my eggs today. Final tally is 50 on the head. After seeing some of the other posts, my guess for the total number set is wayyyyy to low. I must give a A+ rating to my mail carrier and the PO in general. Yesterday my box of eggs was strapped inside a mail tote. There was no way to stack anything on the box or crush it. Today my other two boxes were on my porch by 2:30. The mail truck doesn't go past my house until 5:00 so I am guessing they were dropped off first thing this morning.

Ok, I am on the fence. I don't have any one that wants chicks from me now. I want to hatch some NH's for myself but I was hoping to have a broody do it for me so I don't have to fool with the brooding and then later integrating. I have 6 NH eggs that I collected from the one of three NH hens that is laying. What should I do
