Hey all haven't posted here in a long time, just barely submitted the form, but anyway it's far enough along that I candled and have 100% fertility in all 42 eggs!!!

I think DH has been sucked into the chicken hobby. Last night he went out to lock everyone up and checked the nest boxes for last minute offerings from the girls. When he walked into the house I heard a big sigh. When I came to see what happened, there he was with a broken egg. He had dropped it on the kitchen floor when trying to pull eggs out of his pockets.

He looked at me and said "Tell me it's okay, I feel like I killed someone."

He's starting to view every egg as a chick.
