Does anyone here in Southern Maine have any silkies for sale? I am looking in the Scarborough, Standish, Gorham, Buxton, Hollis area. thanks!

I just saw an add on Craigslist for Silkies. The poster is in Wells so it is a bit further south than what you wanted but not too far.
 
I'm going to post this under swaps but it's really just to get the info out there.
there is a FREE Rabies clinic for all WALDO county Maine residence dogs and cats on Sept 15th 9-11 at the Knox town office. cats in a carrier and dogs on a leash. call the town office if you have questions. bring a copy of your prior rabies certificate to make the rabies valid for 3 yrs (otherwise it's good for one year only).

also please spread the word, the more animals that get vaccinated the better, we have alot of rabies out there!
 
I need to add, there is a poultry show at the clinton fairgrounds this weekend. not sure what day the actual show is as it's a 3 day fair.
 
I'm getting excited about the central maine bird fanciers show on oct 7th.
I just went out to see what I had to show and I have some really nice ones. I've got several paints and a khaki silkie that I will be showing. I also have quite a few that I'm growing out for the spring show. I'll have a sizzle (frizzled silkie) to show at that show
