I don't have anything to sell now so I won't be going this weekend, either. Looks like the weather's gunna be crappy all weekend, too. Hopefully we won't have any more monsoons. My garden is yellowing and fungus-ing.

Thats okay, It should be here monday, meaning I will still have all week! This weekend will be busy enough with sewing up some recycled feed bags, making some organic herb infused cooking oils and getting the rest of my garden in! Sold all my chicks and ducklings I was planning on bringing so now It looks like I will just be bringing some adult rabbits.

The Wilton Swap...

Not too many sellers and fewer buyers - I don't think it was advertised enough.

I sold 6 Bantam Cochins and two mille fleur d'Uccles.

The folks who bought from me were looking specifically for bantam cochins and the d'Uccle Mille Fleur variety.

Most folks came by lookng for standard breed, full grown laying hens

just got back from the sanford swap- lots of sellers of baby cows, goats, a pig, and started pullets. lots of other things as well oh alpacas lol who can forget that. but again not as many buyers as i would have liked but it was ok i think everyone sold something.
and as always- people looking for laying hens

Awww, she is cute love the color....

Boy, glad we didn't get to Sanford. Sarah would have tried to stuff an alpaca in the back of the truck for sure... We are for sure going to make Skowhegan next week end she really needs to clean out some cages for them to move to the yard pens.
