It's a pyrethum/permethrin spray, called Equine Fly Spray (Dumor). SCG recommended it.

I have some permethrin dust I use on the chickens, but this spray is good for getting in the cracks around the roosts and walls of the coop.

Anyone have a guess as to what breed this duck is? The one in the front. It is a she and came from Holderread's in the assortment I got this spring. Size wise she is about the same as the Indian Runners so I'm guessing a light weight breed. I have a couple guess but want to see if anyone else has an guess. Sorry for the quality. The sun was a bit too bright behind me and I couldn't see the camera screen. And trying to get ducks to hold still is like trying to herd cats.

She isn't completely white. She has a really light tan color to her feathers. Hard to see in the pictures though. I have a pure white call duck in the same pen and there is definitely a color difference.

Went to the Lewiston swap today and came home with a completely unexpected chicken. I'll admit, I've never really liked the look of silkies, but as we were walking around my oldest, Kaiden, kept whispering that he really really REALLY loved the blue silkie hoppy had. Who am I to say no?

Tomorrow we are getting the fencing to get their run up, FINALLY. Nate has the day off, so hopefully we can get it finished so they can run around more!!! We're also picking up one of those metal frame 15' wide pools from a family member who was giving it away. Now I just need to find a big enough level area in the yard to put it. That should be interesting...
