Planted 3#, harvested over 25#, they've kept since July just in a paper bag on the bottom shelf of the pantry, and the ones I grew keep their purple color after they're cooked - they make the most beautiful home fries, especially if you mix them with red-skinned-whites and Russian Bananas.
