Maintaining my Cornish crosses til I can process them

Loving all these stories. I did get them all processed, none of them where excessively large. Any where in the 51/2 to 7 lb finished weight. We processed them over two days 7 the first day then 11 the next day. My biggest damn it moment was realizing I didn't have enough freezer space for 18 birds. Lol.
