This is what her current bumblefoot looks like its not swollen anymore there's just a really weird scab leftover but it doesn't look infected it doesn't look like there's any issues with it so I just cleaned it off with water and left it open to air because the wrap starting to irritate her legs should I recut out the scab
 
I would leave that alone and just keep an eye on it.

If you are seeing pin feathers, she is most likely just molting. Probably why she is being grumpy with the other hens. It's not comfortable for them and they get grouchy...
 
Great upon very close inspection I noticed red mites on my lead hens feathers! OMG just 2 months of slacking has caused coccidiosis bumblefoot and now red mites
I ordered sevin dust and I'll get more powder for there dusting area. Will g hat get rid of the mites? I also got mana pro poultry spray I Can use in the nesting boxes non toxic all natural
 
And I he to trim their nails some are really long it's the faverolle 5th toe it's hard for them to.file down on their own. I got two hens trimmed now for the other 2 I'm waiting till tomorrow lol
