Major attack - is this a bear?

Pics
OK Hudson Valley peepaz now I know who you are. I live in an apartment, in an HOA, and can have NO CHICKENS unlike you all. Let me know how I can come injoy your flocks in an entirely noncreepy way and treat my clinical chicken-longings.

Your HOA states no chickens, specifically? You should try convincing people the benefits of fresh eggs. What city is your HOA?

I just googled and found this, might be helpful.

I had a black bear with 3 cubs, that would come every day onto our property, leave her cubs in the plum tree and go off looking for whatever else she could find. (Here she is, doing just that ) The problem was the previous owners had planted that tree smack in the middle of the lawn, only five yards from the house. I had young kids at the time, so not cool.

Anyway I asked a first nations friend of mine, what to do. He basically said I had myself a house bear, and other than removing the plum tree the bears would be doing this for generations to come. So that plum tree had to go.
