Major leg problem -- Diagnosis? With pics

I think this chick may have spraddle leg or some other deformity. She's six weeks, can barely walk, and spends most of her time laying. We've had to separate her from the other chicks because they are standing on her, walking over her, etc.

Can anyone tell me if this is really spraddle and, if so, can we do anything about it at this point?

alot of leg problems can be fixed by foam leg braces i have used em before
on that note it also looks like the toes mite be kinda cooked that can be corrected by taping them into a normal position and it will eventualy grow normal
